By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them,
do not use the site.

Orders and pricing

Prices shown include local tax where applicable and exclude delivery unless stated. We may
correct pricing errors before a bike ships; if a correction affects your order we will contact
you and you may cancel for a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy — the contract is
formed when we confirm dispatch.

Specifications

Range figures are measured in eco mode with a 70 kg rider on flat ground at 25 °C. Real range
varies with load, terrain, temperature, tyre pressure and assistance level, and will usually be
lower. Specifications may change without notice; the datasheet supplied with your bike is the
one that applies to it.

Use of the bikes

Our bikes are supplied configured for the assistance limits of the country of delivery.
Modifying the controller, removing the speed limiter or fitting a non-approved battery is
unlawful in most of the countries we sell in, voids the warranty in all of them, and may
invalidate your insurance.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or
for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any claim is
limited to the price of the bike.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
