What is actually covered
Written to be read. If a clause here is ambiguous, the reading that favours you is the one we apply.
Frame, fork and rear triangle
3 yearsCracking or deformation under normal use, including commercial use on Cargo frames.
Battery pack
2 yearsCovers capacity dropping below 70% of original within the period.
Motor, controller and display
2 yearsIncluding water ingress. We do not treat the wet season as an excuse to refuse a claim.
Brakes, tyres, chain, pads
Wear itemsNot covered, but every part is a standard bicycle part you can buy anywhere.

Making a claim
Three steps, usually one day
A frame claim handled by post takes two to three weeks, most of it freight. Handled at a flagship workshop it is a day. That is the whole reason they exist.
Bring it in, or call
Any of the twelve workshops. No appointment for anything under an hour. If you cannot get there, call and we will arrange collection.
We diagnose on the spot
Controller read, battery health check, frame inspection. You get a written answer the same day, including what is and is not covered.
Repair or swap
Flagship sites hold frame stock and can swap on the premises. Standard sites order in — usually two to five working days.

Questions about service
Cracking or deformation of the frame, fork and rear triangle under normal use, including commercial use on the Cargo frames. It does not cover crash damage, corrosion from salt water, or a frame that has been modified. We do not treat water ingress as an excuse to refuse a claim — that is the whole point of building for this climate.
No, and it will not void the warranty. Any competent bike shop can do brakes, tyres and bearings. What they usually cannot do is read the controller, and that is what we would rather you came to us for. Bring the bike in once a year for a controller check and a firmware update, both free for the life of the bike.
From any service point, or by post. Because every model in the range runs the same motor, the same controller and the same battery format, a workshop that stocks parts for one of our bikes stocks them for all six. That is the main reason we kept the drivetrain common across three very different frames.
